Lamb Chopper: A sheep's milk cheese with a buttery color & flavor, w/ a smooth, soft & firm texture.

Prima Donna: This mild cow's milk cheese has a bright crunchy texture, sweet nutty flavor w/ a caramel after taste.
Served w/ dried apricots, candied pecans, red grapes, house made flat bread, blood plum preserve, Truffle mouse terrine & aged salami.
